Swimming Sports

The day was hot as I walked to the Ngaruawahia pools.Today was swimming sports. I could not wait!

My heart was beating as the cars went past. I could just not wait to get into the crystal clear blue water. I was shaking even though it was hot.

Mr K said go so I jumped in the water. My arms went up into the hot sun as I dived in.  The water was so warm SPLASH! The water splashed up on the colourful people.

After swimming we got a free swim in the blue wavy pool my legs were so jiggly. It was so fun. Hunter-Rose, Paige and I, found a chlorine cube to clean the pools it smelt like caramel I just wanted to eat it. We all jumped in the pools- nearly the whole school jumped in the pool. 

After we all went home and had a good day.

School Holidays

In the School Holidays, Nanny took Olivia, Cleveland an I to Rotorua. Renne drove.

First, my trip to Rotorua. It was boring because it smelt like eggs. When we got to the Motel there was a spa pool.  It was nice and warm.  There was a walk the plank and it was deep.

The next day, we went to the Gondola.  We went up it and when we got to the top we went to a spaceship and watched a movie.  It was about nature.  We then went to The Jellybean Store.  Everything was made out of jellybeans.  We then went to the go-karts.  I was sacred to go on it. It was freaky. I thought I would crash.

I loved my time in Rotorua, it was the best holidays ever!!!

Yesterday morning, we had swimming sports, we  

 walked down to swimming sports. A s soon as we got there, we went and got dressed. At lunct time we had sausages. 

We did a lot of swimming. The day went fast.         It was so fun. I liked it at the end. We got to have 5 minutes free time in the pools.

How To Make a Cardboard Print

You will need:
-thick cardboard
-thin cardboard
-scissors
-P.V.A. glue
-printing ink
-rollers
-paper

What To Do:
1.Cut out cardboard shapes to make a picture.
2.Glue onto template.
3. Let it dry.
4.Put paper over top.
5.Use roller to put paint on the template.
6.Put paper over top and press it with a clean roller.
7.Pull off.

Tabloid Sports Fun Day

On Friday our school had Tabloid Sports.
My favourite one was Sling Shot. I liked it a lot because I slung it all the way to Tug-O-War. The score was to get it over the rugby goal posts. I didn't get it over the goal posts. Mr K caught some of the balls.
I got wet in the Bucket and Sponge. First, my group got a sponge and put it in the bucket and squirted it in the other bucket. My group was the red group. The other group was the blue and yellow group. I wanted to be the blue and yellow group but I didn't.
When we were finished, I was very very very tired. When I got to my nanny's, I got dressed into my cricket clothes.
